7 pin and Furion camera

Hi gang, having some struggles with my furion cameras. Had it installed at the dealer and won't work when connected to the 7 pin on my new truck. However it turns on when connected to shore power and jumping pin 3 and 4 with a fuse.
Perhaps I'm missing a fuse on the truck? Or was the installation screwed up.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Assuming you are talking about a camera on a trailer or a 5th wheel.
    And assuming you're saying the camera works when you jump pins 3 and 4 on the Umbilical of the trailer. Then your truck is not providing power at the 7 pin. As Cptnvideo suggests try plugging in to the 7 pin and turning on the truck lights.

    Monitor on and not displaying and manual headlights turned on. Guessing 7pin on truck needs to be checked.
