Using watt hours is like rating a toaster in mega calories.
The chemistry in those batteries is totally different than standard off-the-shelf Li-Ion. The vendor is ADAMANT that operating voltage is 1.5 not 1.2 volts. So a standard Li-Ion charger will not work. Perhaps a charger for rechargeable alkaline? I now have all the buckers I need so that would not be a problem.
A standard small battery is 3.7 volts.
I am looking for a diving headlamp for Jesús. Powerful. 3-hours of work time on the brightest setting and rechargeable batteries. Something that is worth less than my clunker car.
As basic as it gets, but, about 2 hours is realistic on the battery. If you could find something like this that held two 18650's in parallel, that would do the trick.

Another option, brighter, and much more capacity batteries with 26650's versus 18650's.

I think you'll find your 3 hour parameter kills you when pitted against the value of your clunker.
