There was no lauan under the roofing, only the styrofoam but to answer your question, yes all the roofing has been removed just exposing the ribs and foam. I do remember reading that a lot of folks were fond of the 3M 5200 but since it comes in caulk tubes and is not easily spreadable it was nixed. The surface I'll need to cover is approx 7' by 13'. That's a lot of thick caulk to spread.
