Yes you need more cooling power (BTU) and the 15k will provide about 10 percent more. A/C will tend to run continuous so get an early start and let it run. If you arrive with a hot trailer it may not really cool off until the sun goes down.
For real cooling comfort you probably need two air conditioners which may require 50 amp upgrade.
