Well i may have missed something. I talked to the service manager at the dealership where i bought it from, whom i know very well. When i told him what i done his first question was did you check both fans out not just the back one. I said i didn't know there was a second fan and he said that once you remove the regular cover then you have to remove a sheet metal plate to get to the second one and he says thats probably where the problem is. He says thats about the only thing it can be and is the problem 95% of the time. I sure hope he's right, i will bring it back to the house this Friday and check that out. He says there's a regular fan in the back and a squirrel cage fan in the front. Does that make sense? I guess i totally missed that one. Any other insights or suggestions would be appreciated. It cools great and no other problems.
