Air conditioning on solar
So today I put together the three solar systems on the 8-D, hooked up the PowerJack inverter and then the 5000 BTU air conditioner. The Air conditioner is a Frigidaire unit that uses 446w/ 3.9a @120v....

Leaving aside the reason to run a 5000 BTU air conditioner at all :), these numbers puzzle me.
This unit alone - sans any other devices - requires 45A@12V, considering losses, and assuming it is already running, no LRC. The solar was anywhere near 50A, so I presume it was 30-40. So you drew net current 5-10A from the battery - this is "net out", i.e. nothing comes IN - and it stayed on Float? How big is your battery bank?
