I checked and for up there 80 is a normal high, records are usually in the mid 90's. Most from 2003 and 2005, I did see one from the time we were up there when all of the fires were burning.
Honestly the little window shaker on solar isn't intended to handle extended temperatures like that. Neither would be running the generator for the roof air as it just burns too much gas running it. A few hours a day is fine need it all day and I'll stay home thank you. We did 9 days in the high 90's our first trip. We had hook ups but that wasn't camping. I don't care if you are cooped up because it's hot, cold or raining, cabin fever sucks.
