I recently had to replace the Compressor Run Capacitor on our much older Coleman Mach 15, but it was cycling the compressor out on overheat, not the breaker.
Are your coils clean? The one with the fan blade (Condenser) is easy to get at. The Evaporator (that does the cooling) is harder to get at. After the shroud, some sheet metal has to come off.
