all breakers blowing
Hi, Asking for a friend. What would cause * all * the breakers to blow? This is for someone in Florida in a 5th wheel.

The end result is that cleaning the air conditioner (fins?) has worked.
The breaker has been replaced, and there have been no trips for several hours.
The folks I'm trying to help don't listen too well. So what the mobile repair person really said is unknown.
I did ask for some voltage readings--but they ignored my request.
