Placed my first Order with Amazon in 2010. Bought a bike rack, most expensive item ever purchased online.
Purchases
2010 = 1 item
2011 = 2 items
2012 = 22 orders
2013 = 25 orders
2014 = 26 orders
purchases includes coffee beans, appliances, electronic devices, gps, etc.
Never had a problem with deliveries, (even while full-timing), charges, etc.
Have returned several items, it was hassle free. Only problem was a defective Kindle. They replaced it twice and sent both replacements overnight express before I even had time to return the defective unit. Returned items were credited to my account as soon as the item was received at UPS.
Amazon customer service has been exceptional for me. Now using Prime for streaming movies, music,tv, etc.,,,,oh, and free 2 day delivery. Recently received 2 kitchen appliances overnight express from Delaware so they could meet their 2 day guarantee. I would have waited for the 3rd day.
Bought Base plate, tow bar, towing light packages, etc.
Hard to beat their prices, but I always comparative shop, and occasionally Wally World will beat them. Actually WW has good customer service when online shopping.
