Any tricks, strange noise under hood/ which pulley?

Need help finding out which pulley or bearing is on its way of going out on 5.4 ford engine. Beginning to make a small grinding noise and would rather fix now in driveway instead of on the road. Pro...

I'd take the belt off and individually spin the pulleys. The culprit should be obvious. I would lean toward any idler or tensioning pulleys as being the problem.
