The Folks at Arizona Wind and Sun say the Crowns are the best wet cell batts available, in their opinion, FWIW. They also sell Trojan and Surrette. Hard to imagine they surpass surrette
I have a pair of Crown group 27's (12 volts). I like them. They are still providing for my needs despite being overcharged and underwatered all last summer due to trusting my Centech voltmeter and other various other ignorances. Probably have around 500 cycles on them down below 80%, rarely more than 50%.
They are 56 A/h from full as I type this, taking 9 amps from the sun.
No experiences with the 6v's, but I'd trust them. There were reports that the Trojans are not what they once were, but I have not seen those reports lately.
