I looks like it is #6 in the parts diagram, having said that the blade seal that you are taking about probably has a build up of mineral deposits that is causing it to hang up on the blade seal. If you camper is a 1990 the blade has had 27 years to build up deposits. Mine was 20 years old when I had to remove the toilet and disassemble the unit to scrape off the deposits. It is not a difficult job.
This time it's for the 2004 Roadtrek and the seal seems OK for now - it's the blade assembly that doesn't work properly.
