It is the dealer. Don’t matter if they’re nice. You don’t buy the unit from Aquahot.
The dealer is working with me. They have made the repairs under the manufacture warranty. The problem is there has been too many issues with Aquahot unit. The last fuel nozzle sent by Aquahot failed. So Aquahot sent another Monday and the dealer replaced it. The failed nozzle leaked diesel all over. Today, we have found leaks from the replacement nozzle. I want a totally new Aquahot unit. That’s why I’m looking for another way to contact Aquahot management. I’m only able to reach Aquahot peons. My emails to Aquahot bounce back. I’m not a newbie at this. My father had a Airstream dealership in the late 1970s. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB about Aquahot.
to add to this further, if the dealer has been so good, why are tey not engaging with aquahot to get a technical service rep involved? either the dealer is doing the instalation of the nozzel wrong, or there is a defect with the unit, a TSR would be the one to determin which one and make it work properly.
