Do you know where in the AC unit the control box is? The relay could be replaceable by simply un plugging it. Many electrical supply houses could have replacement.

Do you mean where the relay board is? If so, yes, and the relays are soldered. I suppose I could remove the relay and resolder, but I think I’ll just replace it. Looks like I can get one for under $50. You were right early on with the relay bring bad. Could be a chewed wire but, I’m betting on a relay.
