  • Turn on/light off stove top burners on high to help get propane flowing

    What he said.
  • Ignition Lockout AND Limit Switch/Airflow problems are the 2 codes

    How is your DC Voltage?
Need good strong 12V DC for furnace to properly function.
Fan needs to come up to proper speed amking up 'sail switch' to allow DC Voltage to circuit board...then circuit board sends DC Volatge to gas valve solenoid at same time it sends it to spark electrode.

Main flame then needs to light off and 'engulf' spark electode (get it red) in order for a milivolt signal to go back to circuit board and prove main flame lit.

    SO good strong 12V DC
    Good fan speed
Good spark with flame engulfing electrode
    Good ground

    After running out of propane......
May have to attempt to start furnace a few times to re-establish propane flow and place a demand on LP Regulator. (turn on/light off stove top burners on high to help get propane flowing)
