Auto Hydralic Jacks Only Two will work

1996 Bago Vectra
Noticed that two of my jacks wont come down with either auto or manual pushing of the buttonson the control.
The passenger front and the drive side rear will come down. When i push auto they are the only ones that extend. If I manually push the extend and retract buttons they still are the only ones that come down.
I want to check fusses first i assume but will take any advice. Where will i find the fusses as a start?

thanks in advance

In the front right storage bay.... i have a black panel that says battery mode solenoid and relays.... have not found any silver box there or my the drivers feet.
By the drivers feet I find the 12 volt vehicle fuses.
Im sure im overlooking it somewhere
  • Your year should have the CONTROL box that is silver about the size of a shoe box. Located in a dry area usually in the front firewall area by the drivers feet. Sometimes in a storage compartment by the front tires. There are 4 jack solenoids and EACH solenoid has a 10 or 15 amp ATC fuse for that solenoid. Check those fuses. Also, you can manually open all 4 T handled jack solenoids and operate the pump. See if all 4 jacks extend at the same time. IF NOT, and those 2 jacks fail to extend, odds are the solenoids for those jacks are bad. But odds are the fuses for those 2 solenoids are blown and the cause is those 2 solenoids are shorted out.
