Auto Hydralic Jacks Only Two will work

Any possible idea that box could be somewhere else?

In the front right storage bay.... i have a black panel that says battery mode solenoid and relays.... have not found any silver box there or my the drivers feet.
By the drivers feet I find the 12 volt vehicle fuses.
Im sure im overlooking it somewhere

Your year should have the CONTROL box that is silver about the size of a shoe box. Located in a dry area usually in the front firewall area by the drivers feet. Sometimes in a storage compartment by the front tires. There are 4 jack solenoids and EACH solenoid has a 10 or 15 amp ATC fuse for that solenoid. Check those fuses. Also, you can manually open all 4 T handled jack solenoids and operate the pump. See if all 4 jacks extend at the same time. IF NOT, and those 2 jacks fail to extend, odds are the solenoids for those jacks are bad. But odds are the fuses for those 2 solenoids are blown and the cause is those 2 solenoids are shorted out. on the platforms that come down the tube says AP2024 and beloew that is 1202"
