The odds are the awning was open during the time it was at the dealer and water accumulated at times and stretched the fabric.The awning on a NEW fabric will be pretty taut. But, the awning will NOT be under warranty IF this is the reason. The Dealer will be responsible if this happened on his watch. Doug
