awnings4RVs, any experience with this company?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone on this site had any experience with this company, Awnings4RVs? I ordered an awning from them a week ago based on the testimonials of them being fast shippers. (Of course the testimonials are on their website so I know I should take that with a grain of salt.) They charged my account quickly, I got an email saying the order was received and I would be getting another email shortly confirming it had shipped. As of a week later, I have no confirmation of shipment. I have emailed them with no response, and left a message on their phone answering service (nobody answers), and have not got any response. I know a week isn't that long, but we are leaving for a trip in a little over 2 weeks and I wanted to have plenty of time to put the awning on, so I'm a little concerned I may have screwed up going with this company. Anyway, just curious if anybody had used them in the past, somebody that's not just a shill on their website. Thanks for any response or info.

I would contact my credit card and put a hold or what ever on the purchase.Then contact Tough Top.   I and several members have satisfied service from them.

I quit using them as other companies sale same material half the price and i get better shipping rates

I have been calling and emailing with no luck. No communication after they take your money is the most aggravating thing. Well, for a follow up, I finally got a response. The awning is on back order and they aren't sure when they will be able to get it. So, they are another company that advertises as for sale a product they don't have and don't even know if they can get in a reasonable time frame. On the positive side though, they did refund my money quickly when I cancelled the order, now that I've wasted a week and a half with them. If anyone considers using this company, I would call or email in advance to confirm that they do have the product in stock before paying for anything. I myself will not ever use them again.
