That is a lot of broken axles on a fairly new trailer with not so many miles on it.
Axles are well with in trailer weight specs.....
How are the tires wearing?
WHERE are axles BREAKING????
A trip to the scales is a really good suggestion.
Best to know actual weight being carried by axles so you can use it as ammunition when dealing with JAYCO (forget Dealer.....they are just a go between---make direct contact with JAYCO Representative to solve issues)
An upgrade to 5200# axles would be a bit overkill.
Change in brake assembly, tire/wheels, probably spring size/shackles etc
