Perhaps they should stick to what they know like fleecing the RV buying community with shoddy garbage and overpriced proprietary replacement parts.

OP, replacing Lipperts junk with more Lippert junk is not a solution as it seems you have already discovered more than once. I would bet if you replace with Dexter, even 3500 lb, you never have another issue.
