Bathroom fan blades bit the dust....

I can tell you that coastal moisture is not going to hurt that plastic fan blade
But parked with opened vent facing into the west/southern sun
Will bake the plastic with UV radiation
The same thing that eventually destroys all poly carbonate and pvc plastics

The couple I've replaced simply pulled off the shaft. Simply if you can overcome the rust and other deposits over the years. Parts person told me those little motors spin up so fast and old blade just flies apart.

LOL! Seriously, mine is one breath away from dust. I always get injured when I stay near the coast. The dampness invades and turns my ligaments to mush. I know there are other factors with plastics near the roof but the dampness really does a number on things.

Ok, so I pulled everything down from inside (that was fun -- rain shower of 8 years of accumulated crud) Everything seemed riveted in. I have a D shape. I'm guessing you use an allen wrench to disconnect it like the fanstastic fans? If yes, anyone know what size? I want to order on line as we don't have much in the way of RV shops nearby so I'm hoping there will be some info on the side that is concealed right now.

I'm guessing there's a pretty good chance this one would work. CW only offers two -- only difference is the post shape.

Take what you have to match it up- there are 3 different shafts, and 2 different rotations.
