GC2 (golf car batteries) generally have 208 to 240 amp/hours at a 20 hr rate. GC2 is 6v so you add voltage not capacity.
Common Group 27 12v battery is 100 to 110 amp/hours at the same 20 hr rate. 12v goes in parallel so you add capacity and get 200 or 220 amp/hours.
I think you might be mixing in RC (reserve capacity minutes) that is a very different measure of capacity.
Golf batteries are made to be deep cycled. 12v is often a combo deep cycle/starting battery. Yes in the end capacity is about the same. However the GC2 is generally more tolerant of deeper cycling and other abuse.
Your existing batteries appear to be Group 24 with about 80 amp/hours or 160 total.
