Batteries
Everything is done with the inverter and solar now on to the batteries, I have 2 1 year old group 27 12v about 90ah each. should I just buy another since they are new or should I up grade to GC batter...

I would add a third Grp 27 to the other two. It should be fine unless you beat the snot out of the originals. That way you get more usable Ah's, less voltage drop under load and less expense right now. By the time you need to replace them again you should have a good idea what direction to go.
