The easy way to show pictures in a post is to upload the picture to a free online photo site such as photobucket.com. The sites have an easy way to get an IMG link to the picture, which you simply paste into a post. If that doesn't work out, exchange email addresses with someone here via the forum messaging system and just email the picture you want posted. I would be pleased to do it.
I am fairly experienced with electricity but I would not be hooking those wires up to a battery without a voltmeter and some checking. If the wires are supposed to be connected to batteries they should already have 12 V on them from the converter in the RV. It might be that a battery isolator or some other device goes in there and the "light" wires are control wires.
It all might be obvious to experts here once they see a photo. If you have means of editing the photo, it probably would simplify the discussion if you put numbers on the wires.
