If you want to be sure a test lamp and/or your multi-meter are your friends.
One wire (likely the white) will show almost no resistance (or no resistance) to the frame/tong/hitch of the trailer. No matter what you do it will be grounded. This is, of course the negative wire but do not hook it up yet.
The other wires.. One should show voltage when you are plugged in to shore power.. This *IS* a positive wire hook it up
One should show open circuit... Till you pull the breakaway pulg out of the breakaway switch,, This is a positive, hook it up.
That leaves you with just one wire,, Perhaps.. It very likely is also a positive. but if you have not yet figured it out try hooking up the tow vehicle, engine running see if it's got power from the tow vehicle, If so, positive.
If it does not have power to it.. Then use an automotive jumper cable to hook the negative battery terminal to the frame/tong/hitch and see if there is some 12 volt thing that does not work.. If you find one.. Try leaving it on and measure for voltage positive batttery to mystery lead (As negative) if voltage shows. turn off the non-working device and check again. if voltage gone. it's a positive.
