battery charger?
Today, the battery voltage is dropping. The RV is plugged in and the 120v Christmas lights are on. I dont think i hear the normal hum/buzz of the battery charger...

When I came home last night, the indoor/outdoor led Christmas lights were out. Rained all evening here. Guessing it was the light string. - Check the battery for fluid level, excess heat or 'boiling'.
Assuming the battery looks fine, disconnect one cable and check voltage of the 12v system and check battery voltage after a few hours or next day.
Post the results. - If it's a three stage converter/charger, the voltage will indeed change from day to day.
To know what's going on, you need more than just to hear the hum from it, You need a volt meter. We also need more information like what RV you have etc.
