Well I'll be darned, it works all of a sudden! I don't recall doing anything with the wiring since last time I checked so I'm really not sure why it's working now. Everything seems to be secure from what I can tell.
Anyhow, maybe I should upgrade it anyways. I can't find the specs for it, but my alternator is 150 amps and the most I ever see is 30-50 amps (when the batteries are hungry). Lifeline's can take up to 500 amps charge according to their website, so it'd be nice to get somewhere near that 150 amps. How much should I expect to see?

pianotuna, my inverter is only 600W. If I ever upgrade I might consider that, but I need to include the draw from the inverter on my monitor, otherwise I'll lose track.
