Something isn't quite right with the quoted numbers—if 500 mA (i.e. 0.5 A) is 0.05% of the 20 hr rate, then the 20 hr rate works out to be 1000 A.
You are correct. I meant to say one-half of 1 percent, or 0.5%.
For a 100AH battery, 500ma is correct.
To be more clear. the
charge Volts are 14.3 +/- temp comp and the
float Volts are 13.3 +/- temp comp. The 500ma is based on charge Volts.
