Where and how are you measuring that voltage
At the battery with a digital meter?
Some plug in gadget stuck in a 12v plug?
7 amps is not much load
Need to know the actual voltage at the battery?
During testing, that will tell whether the batteries are any good
If your reading 12.2 at the batteries, time to replace them
Voltage under load does not really count, except for an inverter, which will shut off at low voltage
For the furnace you need the real voltage at the battery before , during and then after
A battery that drops that much under a 7 amp load is on the way to failure
They are already sulphated
