smk, I asked Mex about storage in parallel with the float charge going, and I "think he said" it was still bad for interactions of mixed batteries.
Right now, until you and Mex sort this out, it seems you are telling opposite stories on that.

What would be most interesting is , as asked before, whether that 12.88v one was the one in the middle of the three. This would get PT going on how all that works, which I find confusing as to which batt in the three treated as a pair gets the easiest ride.
