So what kind of inverter use are you employing that takes advantage of the high current capabilities of AGMs?I have a ProSine inverter/charger. It's rated at 2000W cont' and 4500W surge (up to 5 sec). I use it a lot (I hate generators) and my setup effortlessly runs the microwave and even the A/C for short stints. The charger is rated at 100A, but when the batteries were deeply discharged I have measured charge rates as high as 110A.
Oh and I love (using) parentheses too... so you can't intimidate me one bit with your (meager attempt) to over-use them ;)

Have you read the stated accuracy for your meter? Often it is stated as % plus or minus a couple of counts.
If the batteries are in parallel and not connected to an exterior load, if there is truly a voltage difference...The voltage difference I noticed was with the batteries disconnected from each other & from all other loads... and after resting for 24 hrs.
