I thought some images might help give some insight into my setup... ya' know, being worth 1000 words each and all that...

This is a simplified schematic of the 12V system... MorningStar SS-MPPT15's & solar panels are not shown.

This panel has the truck disconnect and three battery disconnect switches as well as a pre-charge button (prevents arcing of switch contacts), camper accessory power (push-pull) switch and 12V fuse blocks.
Batteries are in the basement directly below this panel. Inverter/charger is right behind it.

This is how the Mega fuses are connected to each battery. Note that all terminals have "boots" (not shown) over them.

Voltmeter, Trimetric, ProSine control panel... and the factory "idiot lights" :M
The small volt meter indicates V at the bus bar, which is any one battery or combination of batteries.
Switches on panel allow me to power inverter on/off, select solar charge profile (14.7 three-stage or 13.6 float), choose if the TriMetric's B2 function displays solar panel volts or truck batt volts, and turn on/off 12Vdc and 120ac water heating elements ("solar" setting selects DC power from the controller's diversion load output).
The (2) MorningStar solar controllers are located directly behind this panel.
