My biggest worry is the bent frame
Yeah, you don't know what the fix is until you get under there. After shopping I bought an older rig with a box frame. The issue with some of the "I" beam styles is that it's not a piece of traditional i beam. The flex that is going on causes bending and cracking. I grind and weld everything then start boxing, plating, gussetting everything.
It could require good deal of stripping stuff off or out of the way but it can be fixed. If something is bent you can sometimes chain at one point or temporarily weld a piece on then go to an opposite point and use an hydraulic Jack or porta power to bend it.
Some repairs might include side to side pieces to tighten everything up. You might even end up with all the brackets stripped off so long pieces can be over laid. For lifting and repair sometimes a subframe is fabricated. I'd sure rather discover that vs water damage
