Best sources for onboard water pump replacement?

I wouldn't necessarily assume the pump itself has failed ... "green light" means nothing when we have no idea where in the circuit it's located. I sure wouldn't be buying a new pump until I knew for a fact that +/- 12 vdc was actually reaching the pump so the first step is to check with a DVM.

This is not the kind of "green light" that one should trust or obey. Take a multimeter to pump and report back.

I had my pump "failing", sort of. Motor running, no water flowing. Turned out to be debris in intake filter and air leak in the pump housing. It only needed cleaning and re-tightening.

But, by all means, go ahead and buy if you think you have to, keep China happy.

I don't know what is a "screw-on black plastic". If it's a hose fitting, and it's not broken, then disconnect and reuse it. Intake filter you remove, inspect and clean and again - if it's not broken, then reuse it.

Some 2093 pumps are still available from vendors old stock and replacement parts also.

But if you should have to replace.
Go with the 4008 Revolution Series.

The green light indicates a completed circuit. The water pump isn't operating. The screw on black plastic with clear indicator viewer is on every water pump body - you cannot miss them.

What's a DVM?? See above ^^^^ post. Water pump has green light indicating a complete circuit. Do you have a source for water pumps that you can recommend?

There's a new application part # with the same GPM rating as before. Where have you sourced water pumps is what I'm down to now?

The green indicator light is only telling you that the circuit was completed to the light bulb, not necessarily to the pump motor. I've found pumps at very favorable prices at Amazon. Not always the cheapest pump price, but with free shipping it beats the others.

DVM is the same as multimeter, for your purposes.
Green light doesn't indicate proper voltage.

The green light actually indicated a bad water pump in this case.
