Best way to connect to Battery FL1 terminal

Pair of new replacement 110AH 12v AGM batteries for the house system.

I'd use a ring terminal held on with a bolt and a flat washer/split lock washer/nut. The ring terminal and the battery terminal should be in contact, with no washer intervening, assuming a permanent attachment. For a battery charger or similar temporary connections, I see no reason why the usual alligator clamps would not be perfectly adequate.

What equipment has that FL1 terminal......and what and why are you trying to connect to it ??
