Now the enforcement action usually bothers the importer more than the exporter. but... When the products you are paying China for wind up in a US Customs disposal facility.... You tend to find a better supplier fairly fast.
And thousands of tons of Chinese products have been destroyed by the US government due to trade violations.. Usually the use of slave labor to make the goods.
