Yeah Wayne, but I have to asssssssssssssume this RV forum deals exclusively with stranded wire. That and the fact that standard diagonal cutting pliers do NOT sever a conductor in a perfectly round fashion.
But again, it is the resistance of a length of wire that is the focus of my point.
