Black and Decker VEC1093DBD equivelent
I have the VEC1093DBD smart charger and am very happy with it. I bought it at least 5 years ago. I'm trying to find an equivalent for a friend but can't seem to find one. The VEC isn't made anymore...

No I have not noticed that. Xantrex (xpower 15 or 40) sold portable charger to vector to BD and had 16v 'recondition', now the NEW stuff (Baccus global, BD CAT DEWALT STANLEY) has pulse at low voltage. That is what I have noticed.

No need to replace if it kept on working. programmable solar solves crappy chargers.
