What is the proper amount of bleach to be added to the fresh water tank to preserve water freshness for un chlorinated well water? Thanks-- mick

6 drops per gallon. 6 drops equals 1/16 teaspoon. 6 teaspoons equals 1 ounce. Therefore: 1 teaspoon for 16 gallons or 1 ounce of bleach for about 96 gallons of water. That is the Chlorox manufacturer recommendation. You can google their web site for the ratio.
