Just use bottled water only for drinking like DW does. Problem solved (as far as she's concerned anyway).
I use the same pancake compressor. Have a 3-stage filtration setup for drinking water at the kitchen sink which filters down to 0.2 microns so not a concern. Some will drink water straight from a pond at the side of the road tho. and not have the slightest concern.
You could get a mini inline desiccant air dryer/filter like in the photo for around $10-15. If you got one just to blow out your lines once a year, not sure if it's a good idea to let sit for a year due to possible bacteria growth or deterioration of the dessicant? About the same cost as buying a couple of jugs of antifreeze tho.
You should see what comes out of a 60 gal. tank if you don't drain it often enough.... EWWW!
