Without being able to tell the size of the bolt, if it's about 2-3" long, check the intermediate shaft pinch bolt where it clamps to the steering input shaft. That's where I'd put my money.

If it's bigger/longer than that, check the three bolts that hold the gearbox to the frame. It doesn't look like one of those to me, but it could be.

Given what you were doing at the time, those would be my first two likely suspects...
