bounder wiring problem

Hello. My 97 Bounder developed a 12v short and blew a big fuse. The local shop fixed that, but now my 12v to the cabin lights and accessory panel is missing. They work when I'm plugged into hydro.
It should be easy to fix, but I don't have any wiring info. I've checked every fuse I can find with an Ohm-meter. HELP !
