Brake Magnet Condition
How can I tell if this magnet is worn out? I can't find any pictures of this style of wear indicator to determine if it's OK or not.

Brake magnets should wear evenly...be flat
They should not be scored/gouged
They should not be so worn the wiring is showing

I know it should wear even and flat, the question is how much before replacement. - Here it is. Good until the ribs are gone?
