PS. The MOST common cause of your problem is NOT torquing the mount bolts correctly, not that they installed the impellor wrong
Did you read the part about being an ASE mechanic. The bolts were torqued to 45 inch pounds. I still have over $10,000 worth of tools. Probably almost as many as you have. :)
