Brisk Air II fail

I am in the process of replacing my 10 year old Brisk air with a new one. Got it inplace and hooked up and started to test it. Started with fan only. Put the single zone on fan and the unit only hummed. Turned it off and went up on the roof and removed cover thinking that there might be some type of shipping lock. Tried to turn fan by hand and it is very very stiff. Went down and tried fan only again and while it was humming I spun the fan by hand and after several tries it finally started but only spun at about 20% speed.

I'm currently on hold with Dometic Tech for 18 minutes. The first 15 I was on "position - second in line" but now i'm first.

Wish me luck.

Finally got through. 27 minutes.

    Yeah, that's pretty apparent. You would think that they would test them at the factory before shipping. Dometic got my money so why would they care if it works :S

    Did you check to see if you have enough voltage AND amperage?
