Broken waste ball drive arm - Thetford toilet

Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II toilet.

Ordered the part from Amazon.

Is it an easy DIY fix? Not much room on the side, I may need to remove the toilet to get to it.

Tips / tricks from those who have done this replacement are welcome.

Also, seems the kit includes some sort of seal. Not sure where that goes.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

OK! Easy peasy. Done deal. Probably took less than an hour start to finish.

On a different note, I was puzzled by what I saw when I looked down into the black tank with a flashlight. Not what I was expecting, but that's a question I will pose in a new thread.

Good to hear, thanks for coming back and letting us know how it went.
Now for that next thing.......Looking for that new thread!!!:B

Many Thetford and other brand toilet parts kits include a base gasket in the expectation that the toilet will be removed to make the repair.
