Brother in Law knows everything, now we have a problem

That happened to me, lesson learned the hard way. And I paid a cheap backyard electrician! All said and done, I had to get a new circuit board for the fridge (it also only worked on propane), a new television and microwave, and a new converter (all blown). Good luck and buy a tester like I finally did.
