Brother in Law knows everything, now we have a problem

My husband and I stayed on his brothers 40 acre ranch this summer to get out of the Arizona heat. We live full time in a 2007 Bighorn 5th wheel. From doing research on the web, I've always known RV...

Yes, I saw that too - very dangerous.
If it's a 50A plug then it's the same as a Range plug.
If it's a 30A it s/b 120 but electricians often mistakenly wire it like a drier or compressor plug which are 240V.
