Brother in Law knows everything, now we have a problem

My husband and I stayed on his brothers 40 acre ranch this summer to get out of the Arizona heat. We live full time in a 2007 Bighorn 5th wheel. From doing research on the web, I've always known RV...

50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet is a very common electric outlet at home.
Should be slam dunk easy install. Usually it is the 30 amp people mess up with 240 instead of 120.

As to the fridge it is probably best to take it into an RV shop and have it repaired. The 120 heating element or control system is probably shot.
